The name of this domed stadium is explained by the retractable roof which, when being opened and closed, represents a giant winking eye. Fully considered about the shape to be fit to the mountainous surrounding. Kotobuki supplies all 43,000seatings. The retractable seating units are also prepared for the soccer game. After the World Cup, track will be constructed for the other sports usage. | |
